  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (customs clearance may apply).

  • Free Shipping: For orders over AED 5,000 within the UAE.

  • Flat Rates: Competitive fees for smaller orders (calculated at checkout).

Return & Exchange Policy

At WafKitchen, we stand by the quality of our commercial kitchen equipment. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we’ll make it right:

Eligibility

✅ Returns Accepted Within: 14 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging).
✅ Exchanges/Refunds: Approved for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (verified by our team).
❌ Non-Returnable: Custom-built or hygienic-sensitive items (e.g., used knives, food-prep surfaces).

How to Initiate a Return

    • Photos/videos of the issue (for damaged items).

  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
